I think Lenovo sneaked this option after BIOS update. I just had to change my BIOS settings to performance mode to do that. When I disabled the Turbo boost by setting maximum processor state to 99% then all the stutters in the games stopped and the temperature was now 66 degrees average. The GPU temp was average 65 degrees(C) while the CPU temperatures where between 75(C) to 82(C) most of the with peak temp as 92(only saw that for a sec). But when I start gaming, every game stutters.
